欧洲和北美的实践表明,边境地区经济合作具有推动经济全球化和区域经济一体化的作用,同时,经济全球化和区域经济一体化又促进了边境地区经济合作的发展。本文从边境区位的理论分析入手,探讨了边境区位再创造问题,并分析边境区位再创造与边境区经济合作的内在联系。最后,对辽宁省和朝鲜之间边境区经济合作做了实证研究。

The practice of international economic integration and regional economic integration in Europe and North-America shows that the economic cooperation in border region plays an important role of pushing the international economic integration and regional economic integration. And meanwhile, economic cooperation in border regions pushes the development of international economic integration and regional integration. The target of economic cooperation in border region is to make full use of the location advantage of border region to transform the potential resource advantage to economic advantage and benefit the economic lagging-behind conditions in border regions. To this respect, the comprehensive analysis of location theories is the base of the research on economic cooperation. In traditional location theories, the border regions was recognized as "economic zones under the complicated conditions", and they had a bad spatial reaching for goods and people. Now, with the development of international economic integration and regional economic integration, the economic interactions have developed greatly between the neighboring countries. Along with this trend, the increase of requirement will certainly make the border region as one of concentrated areas that accepting neighboring country's economic overflows. Therefore, in the condition of international economic integration and regional economic integration, there should be a process of reconstruction of border locations. In this paper, the author takes the economic cooperation between Liaoning province and D.P.R.K. for an example to analyze the transform of border location under the economic cooperation of border regions. Based on the analysis of the current condition, the author thinks that the border region has not made the full use of the potential advantages of the border location. The main reasons of this condition are formal and informal networks have not been well formed, and local government has not acted as an active role.
