休闲游憩作为城市居民的一种社会行为,以人为本是构建城市游憩系统的总原则,本文认为只有基于游憩者的游憩需求并以游憩者满意度为出发点,才能达到游憩场地、游憩设施效用的最大化和游憩者游憩偏好的最大满足。本文通过问卷调查及其相关资料的分析,总结出长春市游憩者行为的时空规律和活动频律,分析目前长春市游憩设施使用状况,确定游憩设施存在的缺陷与不足,并对其发展提出合理性建议。

With the development of economy and the reform of leisure day' system, people have more money and leisure time to quest for the higher quality of life. Especially, the recreation activities of city have becoming the visiting "focus" to citizens and visitors. So it is very necessary to research and construct the recreation system. First of all, it can modify life-space structure in the city, and improve the quality of inner urban living space. Secondly, it is suitable to the time-space rule and active frequency of the recreation people's activities in spare time. Thirdly, constructing a well recreation system can make up for the gap between the expectation of recreation people to their recreation activities and the status quo of their recreation activities. In this paper, the recreation system refers to the place and installation of recreation.
As a case of Changchun city, some thoughts are provided on how to construct the recreation system. In the first place, it is very important to survey the behaviors, satisfied degree and demands of the recreation people and the Changchun city's status quo of the place and installation of recreation system, not only its environment features should be considered, but also citizen's daily life would not be overlooked. Then, under fully utilizing available information about the recreation people and status quo of the recreation system in Changchun city, by way of using the method of Time-geography and surveying about the satisfied degree and demands of recreation people, Some conclusions are provided on the time-space rule and the active frequency of recreation people, the actual trait of recreation system in Changchun city, and the existed problem and shortage of the recreation system in Changchun city. And then, the better advices are put forward for the construct of the recreation system in Changchun city. Firstly, the paper analyzes the time-space structure of the recreation people and the satisfied degree and demands of recreation people, in order to construct the recreation system on the base of the principle of humaneness. Secondly, the paper points out the recreation system constructed in Changchun city must adhere to the whole images of Changchun city. Finally, the paper put forward some countermeasures such as improving the integration of the recreation system in Changchun city, attaching importance to safeguard environment, and constructing the sustainable the recreation system in Changchun city.
