本文基于西安悠久厚重的唐文化底蕴,以构建东方人文特色的国际一流旅游目的地的发展目标为出发点,分析唐服饰文化的旅游文化价值,并对唐服饰文化创意与西安旅游业联动开发模式进行分析比较研究,提出了继承创新和体制机制创新促进旅游文化创意产业发展的相关建议。

Xi'an, the cradle of China, is a city with more than 3000 years history and rich cultural heritages. A large number of exquisite and precious Tang Dynasty historical relics and monuments remained in Xi'an today are the valuable resources for Xi'an to prosper into an international city with oriental cultural features. The joint development of Tang Costume and Xi'an tourism industry is a way to combine clothing culture to Xi'an tourism industrial economy growth. It's a practice of traditional culture reproducing new culture and keeping culture diversity when exploring new traveling market. At the same time, it's an important initiative to make Xi'an a world-class tourist destination with oriental cultural characteristics. This paper starts with the goal of making Xi'an a world-class tourist destination with oriental cultural characteristics. The integration and promotion Tan Costume cultural resources contributed to nature, arts and humanity amplifies Xi'an's folklore and enriches the local characters. In the process of joint development of Tang Costume and Xi'an tourism industry, the long history and full-bodied humanities satisfy tourists' thirsts of seeking new knowledge and surroundings in magic East countries. Economization of tourism and culture is a must for Xi'an tourism industry and a sponsorship for sustainable development. When we are using and developing the concept of Tan Costume culture, we should fully aware of the value coming with it. Souvenirs, like artistic products, handicrafts for tourists, embodied with Tan Costume culture should be manufactured and promoted. By doing this, an optimistic joint development of cultural and economic Xi'an tourism industry is built. The tight bound between creative Tan Costume culture and Xi'an tourism industry will forge a development platform for tourism and culture. The integration of the joint development forms a symbiotic development trend, which is, improving the creativity and competitiveness of Xi'an tourism industry by promoting the profound Tang Dynasty culture. Tang Costume culture is presented, spread and promoted by Xi'an tourism industry, and this will also advance commercialization and industrialization of Tang Costume culture resources.
