摘要

和美乡村建设与民生福祉提升的协同推进，能有效加快乡村全面振兴，实现中国式农村农民现代化。研究以民族地区广西岔山村为例，采用访谈法、观察法与扎根理论等方法，分析和美乡村建设与民生福祉提升协同效应及机制。研究表明：①民族村寨将“人、地、业、治、境”五维一体的各要素激活，造就内生动力，联合内外力量推动和美乡村建设，过程中经济、社会、空间协同效应显著，借助一二三产业融合实现居民增收、依靠治理模式创新与文化互动促进乡村和谐、凭借“三生”空间功能与布局优化提升人居品质，达成乡村建设与民生福祉的双向赋能。②塑造五要素协同、五需求驱动与制度环境保障机制的三维联动，驱动民族地区发展效能精准转化为民生福祉，进一步把铸牢中华民族共同体意识贯穿到乡村振兴全过程中。岔山村的实践为理解和美乡村建设与民生福祉提升协同效应及机制提供了鲜活样本，揭示了传统村落协同优化的地理逻辑，这也是其成为边疆民族地区乡村振兴参考范式的本质体现。

Abstract

The coordinated advancement of beautiful and harmonious countryside construction and livelihood well-being improvement is an important pathway for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and Chinese-style modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Taking Chashan Village, an ethnic village in Guangxi, as a case, this study uses interviews, observation, and grounded theory to examine the synergistic effects and mechanisms between beautiful and harmonious countryside construction and livelihood improvement. The findings show that Chashan Village integrates five dimensions-people, land, industry, governance, and environment-to generate internal momentum and bring together internal and external forces for rural construction. In this process, economic, social, and spatial synergies have emerged: income growth has been achieved through the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries; rural harmony has been promoted through governance innovation and cultural interaction; and the living environment has been improved through the optimization of the "production-living-ecological" spaces. The study further reveals a three-dimensional linkage mechanism involving element synergy, demand-driven development, and institutional support. The practice of Chashan Village provides a reference for understanding the synergy between beautiful and harmonious countryside construction and livelihood improvement in ethnic regions.
