摘要
分析了古村落旅游资源的特点,在对皖南徽州古村落——西递、宏村的居民、游客的随机抽样问卷调查结果显示:古村落旅游资源存在的视觉污染严重。以调查结果为依据,分析了古村落视觉影响的现状,探寻其成因,并找出对策,提出视觉管理的原则及方法。
Abstract
Ancient village tourism resource belongs to humanity tourism resource category and currently becomes the focus of modern tourism exploitation, so it has the great value to visit and research. The close natural geographic condition and the sluggish economy in Huizhou region make it possible to conserve lots of ancient residence buildings there. Only in one place-Yixian County, there are 3600 well-conserved ancient residence buildings and the two most famous ones are Xidi and hongcun ancient village. The paper takes the two places above as examples and uses the on-the-spot sampling questionnaire method to carry out the researches. In the article, the writer points out that since the resource has cultural and fragile features and nowadays it is also facing the negative impacts of modern civilization。It increases the difficulty to exploit and conserve the precious resource. The investigator handed out 200 questionnaires to residents and tourists. Finally, the result showed that there are seriously negative visual influences at these two ancient villages and the visual management became the bottleneck to exploit ancient village hamlet tourism resource. So it should not be neglected. On the basis of the result of the investigation, the paper analyzes the present status of the visual influence of ancient village tourism resource, studies its origination and reason, and finds the methods to exploit and protect ancient village tourism resource. At the same time, the article also discusses the principles and measures of visual influence management focusing on taking carefully consideration on planning, regulation, management and the realization of local residents' benefits. The emphasis of visual management of ancient village tourism resource is not only on protecting a single ancient residence building or village, but also on keeping the harmony with the whole outside environment. So the article discusses and suggests the administrators should fully optimize the meaning and features of ancient village tourism resource, and define accordingly the core area and conservation area. In these areas, the authority should restrict the construction of new buildings, and balance or harmonize the benefits of the residents, operators and tourists during the exploitation and protection of ancient village tourism resource. Only in this way, it will shape the positive cycle and promote the continual development of ancient village tourism.
