本文从对西方绅士化的回顾和反思中认识到,中产阶级对于和谐沟通氛围的追求损害了低收入居民的利益,从而引发笔者提出"沟通空间"概念,并对国内大城市沟通空间的现状进行了总结。对比人本的社会空间趋势,笔者认为有必要对大城市沟通空间进行变革,认为合理的沟通空间对社区融合和发展起到一定作用,在此基础上提出了"共生性竞争邻里场所体系"的规划布局模式和形成机制。

After the tide of suburbanization, the cities of western countries began to encounter the new problem of gentrification: the displacement of low-incomes by the high-incomes and renewal of the ruined neighborhoods in inner cities. At the same time, those cities were imbued with the spatial problems of residential segregation, slums, racial seclusion and so on. The ultimate reason of gentrification was the change of connotation that cities pursued maximizing of capital, from the traditional economic capital to the overall one of environment, society, culture and economy. The best example of the change is economic and social graded mechanism of gentrification. However, it is obvious prejudicial. Based on the retrospection of studies of human-based trench and social injustices of gentrification, this paper pointed out that it is necessary to advance the conceptual of Communication Space. Following such ideas, the paper analyses the status Communication Space of metropolises in China: residential segregation, illusive common space, lose of organic relationship of communication space, increase of profit-oriented and illusive communication space. Aiming at these problems, the author realizes the importance of reasonable communication space that would promote the amalgamation process of communities and enhance the moral standard of urban planners. Finally, the paper suggests that it is necessary to construct a new model of "symbiosis competing neighborhood spatial system" from the view of community planner and advance some advice about how to solve the problems of communication space in China.
