集团化扩张是世界饭店业发展的必由之路。目前我国关于饭店集团扩张方面的理论研究虽然很多,但是大多均集中于对饭店集团扩张的现状与问题、发展对策与战略模式等论题的研究;而对饭店集团扩张的动力系统以及如何选择扩张路径等缺乏综合性、系统性、定量化研究。本文首先归纳了影响饭店集团扩张的主要动力因子,在系统性原则指导下构建了饭店集团扩张的动力系统;为了进一步分析诸多动力因子如何影响饭店集团选择扩张战略,本文提出了饭店集团扩张战略选择矩阵图,为指导饭店集团选择扩张战略提供了新的工具。

Group expansion is an inevitable trend for hotel development in the world.Although there are many researches on hotel group expansion in our country,most of them concentrate on the following topics,such as present situations and problems,development countermeasures and strategic patterns of hotel group.There are few systematic papers on dynamical mechanisms and route choice of hotel group expansion.This article firstly summarizes all kinds of driving forces that promote hotel group expansion;it also divides them into the following systems,the macro-circumstance factors,the mid-circumstance factors,the inter-circumstance factors,and then it has constructed the dynamic system of hotel group expansion according to the systematic principle.Thirdly,in order to analyze how dynamical system affects hotel group to choose the expansion strategies,it also comes up with the strategy choice matrix of hotel group expansion.There are two innovations.First,it summarizes seven main driving forces that promote hotel group expansion;then according to the systematic principle,it has constructed the dynamic system of hotel group expansion.Second,consulting the GE matrix,the authors put forward the strategy choice matrix of hotel group expansion as a new tool to instruct hotel group choosing expansion strategy.
