在系统分析城市化进程中交通公平内涵的基础上,从弱势群体与社会排斥、交通公平评估与改善策略等方面,梳理交通公平的相关研究成果。结果表明,当前城市交通公平性研究还需从以下几个方面进行完善:交通公平内涵应更加注重改善快速城市化地区居民群体的出行环境;系统分析快速城市化进程中交通公平的演化模式,改善交通公平的基本测度方法;构建交通公平评估的空间分析方法,从经济成本可达性角度剖析交通公平性;关注快速城市化地区交通公平的改善策略,提出可操作性的交通公平优化方法。

Transportation equity is an important transport policy goal. Transportation equity can effectively reduce the vulnerable group social exclusion, realize social equity and justice, and promote the healthy development of the city. In order to correctly identify the influence mechanism of transportation equity under urbanization so as to improve the transportation equity of urbanization areas, the related research achievements of transportation equity are summarized and analyzed in this paper. The connotation of urban transportation equity has been summarized from horizontal equity and vertical equity. The measuring angles and evaluation methods have been summarized of horizontal equity and vertical equity. Then, the people have been categorized by income levels and physiological factors to identify people who are transport disadvantaged. From the travel cost, space exclusion to analyze the transportation equity issues faced by low-income groups. The results showed that the study of transportation equity needs to be improved from the following aspects:at first, improved the travel environment of urbanization areas population groups should be paid much attention in the connotation of transportation equity. Secondly, the evolution model of transportation equity under urbanization should be analyzed, and the measure methods of transportation equity should also be improved. At the same time, the spatial analysis method of transportation equity should be constructed. Transportation equity can be analyzed from economic cost accessibility. Lastly, strategies for improving transportation equity in urbanization areas should be concerned, and operability optimization methods should be proposed.
