SPATIAL PATTERN EVOLUTION OF CULTURAL TOWN TOURISM COMMERCIAL LAND WITH THE BACKGROUND ABOUT NEW URBANIZATION: A CASE STUDY OF TONGLI

Abstract:Relation between people and land has always been a tourist geography research at the core of the scientific problem, in the future research paradigm, people pay more attention to tourism relationship regional system evolvement of space and time. By using spatial analysis module of ArcGIS, this paper handled the vector data of tourism commercial land in Tongli, discussed the evolution of the spatial pattern of the inherent law and agglomeration situation, and revealed the impact tourism commercialization driving factors of land use pattern change and its mechanism of action. The results are shown as follows:①tourism commercialization development of Tongli has experienced three stages, gradually increases land use scale, and has spread from the core to the trend of the scenic spot. Commercial land use pattern on the whole the compact degree is not high; ②the different times and orientation of tourism land use spatial extension taken SWW, SE, SSE, E as the leading direction, its degree of expansion is increased; ③the analysis of tourism commercialization driving mechanism of land use landscape pattern evolution showed that the driver of economic interests, Farmers' behavior change, the market development demand, the differential land rent, and government policy led to the land use pattern evolution of tourism commercialization in Tongli. During the construction of the new urbanization period, ancient town should positively respond national policy, meanwhile, also should continuously strengthen the ascension of tourism function.
