1 Iraq-Kuwait Conflict
In this section author analyses: ①geographic and historical relation between Iraq and kuwait, ②Cause and content of dispute on border and territory, ③origin and develpment of oil issue, ④Iraq's intertion to Capture good harbor and to dominate the Middle East region, and So on. It clearly indicates that Iraq-Kuwait conflict has deep geopolitical background.
2 Gulf Crisis
From Iraq-kuwait Conflict to Gulf ciisis, and to Gulf war, every country in the world had made different response to it. The geopolitical background of the attitude that US. Soviet and Arabs hold in Gulf Crisis is analysed in this section.
As to US, author Considers that rich off and important geographic position of the Middle East region have great influence upon US. And Iraq-Kuwait conflict provide US With a chance to build advantage geopolitical pattern, and so, US activety dispatch troops Gulf.
As to Soviet, author points out that Soviet have a Contradictory psychology. Soviet considers that the geopolitical value of the Middle East region decline after Cold War. On the other hand, status of superpower and geographical position near the Middle East make Soviet have to interfere Gulf Crisis.
As to Arabs, author considers that Arabs depart and (then) make up two groups. It result from the option that Arabs base on especially geopolitical analysis to the Middle East.
