摘要 城市土地利用模式与交通模式间客观存在互动机制,土地利用模式是交通模式形成的基础,交通模式的选择将会改变土地利用模式,因此土地利用模式特征是影响城市可持续交通模式选择的至关因素。本文在全面分析广州城市土地利用模式特征基础上,综合考虑汽车产业政策、能源及环境等影响因素提出了广州可持续交通模式:公共交通优先,小汽车、自行车适度发展,交通方式合理分工的高效化、节能化和环保化绿色交通模式。

Abstract:The urban transportation system of China is in transitional period. With the impact on the urban transportation system of swift and violent urbanization and motorization, the urban transportation system Oriented by bicycle and public bus has been in a heavy-laden status. Urban transport congestion and urban environmental problems has been a chronic illness in big cities in China. And the contradiction between urban land using pattern and transport pattern is the main reason for these problems. So, the author tries to find the sustainable transport pattern based on the mutual mechanism between urban land using pattern and transport pattern in this article.
This article is organized into five sections. Firstly the author gives us the definition of urban land using pattern and sustainable transport pattern. In sections 2, the author describes the mutual relationship between urban land using pattern and transport pattern. Urban land using pattern is the foundation of transport pattern formation, and the changing of transport pattern may remodel urban land using pattern. So, the characteristics of urban land using pattern are the most important influencing factor in the choice of sustainable transport pattern. Thirdly, Based on the detailed analysis of urban land using pattern characteristics of Guangzhou, the author analyses the mutual choice between urban land using pattern and urban transport pattern in Guangzhou. In section 4, the author expatiates on the other four important factors in the selection of sustainable urban transport pattern; they are auto industry policy of China, energy sources, urban environment and the sustainability of transport means. At last, based on the detailed analysis of the characteristics of urban land using pattern in Guangzhou, combining with the other four factors, the author puts forward the sustainable transport pattern of Guangzhou: public traffic first, moderate development of car and bicycle, energy saving and environment protecting green transport pattern.
