摘要

利用福厦泉城市群2017年流动人口动态监测数据，从多维耦合的视角评价了流动人口主观社会融入状况及其影响因素，研究发现：①流动人口主观社会融入度总体水平较高，但各维度的协调度较低；融入意愿和融入体验的融入度及其协调度较高，观念习惯和身份认同的融入度及其协调度较低；②户籍制度的障碍作用被基本公共服务均等化所淡化；来自流入地和流出地的社会网络、生计资本/困难分别具有正反方向的影响；30岁以下、未婚、受教育程度较高者及短距离、长时段、家庭化的迁移模式增强了主观融入度及其协调度。研究认为应积极开展多样化的基本公共服务均等化，改善社区流动人口服务与管理的软硬条件，从城乡一体化视角促进流动人口多尺度、多维度耦合协调的社会融入。

Abstract

Using data from a migrant survey of Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou Urban Cluster in 2017, this paper explores the subjective social integration of migrants and its influencing factors from the perspective of multidimensional coupling. The results show that:1) While the overall level of migrants' subjective social integration is high, the coordination degree among its various dimensions is relatively low, the integration degrees in and the coordination degree between the dimensions of integration intention and experience are relatively high, however those in and between the dimensions of ideas & habits and identities are relatively low. 2) The subjective social integration of migrants is jointly influenced by a series of internal to external factors, and most of these factors affect the integration degrees of and the coordination degrees among its various dimensions in the same direction, although there are some differences in the degree of such effects.
