Abstract:There is a close connection between tourism and climate environment. Climatic conditions and changes in tourist destinations are one of the factors to consider the motivation of tourists to travel, and will directly affect the tourism experience. However, whether there is an inevitable relationship between regional climate environment and tourism experience is a key issue that tourism geography has not fully clarified. This study collected online comment data from 143 5A scenic spots in China to measure the relationship between climate comfort and tourists' emotions. Specifically, based on the linear distance within 50 km of meteorological site, we collected the climate data from month to month in the year of 2017, and TSE model is used to calculate the tourists emotional value, unified dimension of climate data processing, climate data and visitors online reviews of emotional value were analyzed by fixed effect model with Stata software. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) The overall regional difference of climate environment has no significant influence on tourist sentiment, which shows that tourist sentiment of different scenic spots in the north and south does not show significant difference. 2) Compared with the overall climate factor, single climate factor is significantly related to tourists' emotions, namely precipitation, relative humidity, sunshine duration and wind speed. 3) After subdividing positive and negative emotions, different climate factors showed significant differences, and only precipitation and relative humidity could steadily affect tourists' emotions.
