“海洋旅游”何以“疗愈”？——基于扎根理论的海洋旅游疗愈机制研究

摘要

在“健康中国”与“海洋强国”战略双重驱动下，海洋旅游的疗愈价值日益受到关注，然而其内在的动态过程机制尚不清晰。鉴于此，以海洋旅游者典型网络游记为数据源，采用扎根理论方法科学探究海洋旅游疗愈的动态过程机制。研究发现：①海洋旅游疗愈过程维度包括疗愈需求触发、环境赋能、心理转化过程、体验特质强化、疗愈效益实现等5大核心范畴；②海洋旅游疗愈过程遵循“需求触发—环境赋能—效益内化”三阶段动态过程模型；③海洋旅游疗愈存在自然环境的“刺激—反应”、个体心理的“补偿—转化”、人文环境的“叙事—联结”等三大核心路径。海洋旅游疗愈的过程机制则通过这三大路径的时空动态交互与协同作用得以实现。

Abstract

Driven by the "Healthy China" and "Maritime Power" strategies, the healing value of marine tourism has gained attention, but its internal mechanism remains unclear. Based on typical online travelogues and grounded theory, this study explores the healing mechanism of marine tourism. The findings show that marine tourism healing involves five dimensions: healing demand triggering, environmental empowerment, psychological transformation, experience enhancement, and healing benefit internalization. It follows a threestage model of "demand triggering-environmental empowerment-benefit internalization", in which the natural environment, individual psychology, and socio-cultural environment act together. Three core pathways generate healing effects: the "stimulus-response" pathway, the "compensation-transformation" pathway, and the "narrative-connection" pathway. Their spatiotemporal interaction forms the dynamic healing mechanism and provides references for marine tourism product design and destination management.
