21世纪,知识、技术的竞相发展,使社会范式发生转变,从而使整个人类社会走向知识经济时代。在知识社会中,封闭、地区性社会向开放、全球性社会递进,城乡间公平享受社会公共资源。城市与乡村加速发展,城乡关系由传统的对立、两极化向新的协调、一体化发展,市场型城乡关系形成。本文在分析中国城乡关系演变历史的基础上,指出经济关系是城乡关系的主体,城乡社会关系趋于复杂化,城乡生态环境日益形成一个利益共同体,城乡政治关系民主化。

With the new century coming and the increasingly advanced communication technology and the micro electronics technology shaping all kinds of information network among areas, the rapid development of science and technology has led to the conversion of the social model and the whole society is making for the knowledge economy era. Both urban and rural areas are accelerated by knowledge economy, which turns the urban-rural relationship from the traditionally opposite and polarized relationship to the newly harmonized and integrated relationship. Thus the marketed-type urban-rural relationship comes into being. The evolution history of Chinese urban-rural relationship can be divided into three phases including the ancient, recent and modern times and contemporary era. The basic evolution course is that the melted urban-rural relationship was low level in the ancient; in recent and modern times it was separate and polarized; but in the contemporary era it becomes harmonized and highly integrated gradually. On the basis of analyzing the development history of Chinese urban-rural relationship, the paper advances that urban-rural economic relation is the principal part. Urban-rural social relation tends to be more complicated and equal so that many social chains connect urban and rural into a whole. The ecological environment of urban and rural forms an interested whole and the political relation between urban and rural becomes democratic. The new type relationship is embodied from the urban-rural space amalgamation, urban-rural markets integration, urban-rural economy and functions permeation and urban-rural cultures infiltration. In allusion to the fact of urban and rural relation, the article puts forward the measures to realize the new type of urban-rural relationship. Starting with the reform of economy and politics systems, rural can reinforce the construction of grass roots system culture to create favorable system conditions for the new type of urban-rural relationship. On the basis of the consolidated planning of urban and rural soil utilization combining with the adjustment of urban-rural industry structure, rural can boost up its economy strength. The integration of urban and rural markets is regarded as the core of the integration of urban and rural relationship to increase rural economy benefit. Peasantry can improve their living through enhancing rural foundation establishment, increasing rural educational capital devotion and establishing united social security system as soon as possible. As a demonstration region, the coalescent part between urban and rural needs to put up great reconstruction.
