商业功能区是城市商业多种业态和功能在不同地域的反映,其形成环境和演化过程深刻地影响着城市商业空间结构的发展走势。下文通过分析广州市商业功能区的空间分布特征、形成机制及演化趋势,探讨城市商业功能区的发展规律。

Commercial zone consist of kinds of commercial states, and reflect their functions in different location in a city. During the process in which it growing and evolving, commercial zone deeply influences the structure of business space. In this paper, the author analysises the distributing characteristics, forming mechanism and developing direction about commercial zone, and also makes some research on urban commercial zone. In traditional commercial center, such as Beijing Road or Shangxia-jiu Road, commercial function focuses on retail or retail-wholesale, showing the whole construct. In other zones, special commercial function is main. In the aspect of distributing characteristics, commercial zone shows the certain form of circularity. Traditional commercial centers, both Beijing Road and Huanshi Dong commercial zones form the core of the spatial pattern. Clothes, commodity and diet trade are concentrated here. Many wholesale zones form a ring around the core, and extends centrifu-gally. With the spreading of the city to east and south respectively, a integrative commercial belt gradually forms on fringe suburbs. The forming mechanism of commercial zone is attributed to land rent lever and polarity effect. As a conclusions, the author discovers a new structure zone of commercial forming in Guangzhou: the downtown, east of Tianhe and north of Haizhu consisting of traditional and modern commercial zone. Based on perfect ecological condition, a ecological commercial zone would form in the north of Panyu. In another hand, the author shows the importance of actualizing the stratagem of "east fist, south next".
