Abstract:Western's recent research has focused on the reuse of the industrial heritage and tourism development,more emphasis on case studies.In this paper,firstly,the author elaborates the connotation of the authenticity for the industry heritage,and then a set of index,which is used to measure the tourist's perception for the authenticity of the industry heritage,is designed in the questionnaire.In the questionnaire,the objective variables(X_i) and subjective variables(Y_i) are designed,including total 5 major factors and their 18 subfactors that make up the evaluation indicators of the authenticity perception for industrial heritage.By the five-level rating method,the survey data are obtained.Thereafter,through reliability testing and regression analysis of the questionnaires,the author filters out the main factors that affect the authenticity perception for the industrial heritage,and a further in-depth analysis of survey results is carried out.Based on the questionnaire survey in nine typical industry heritage sites,the authors argue that the followings are the dominant factors affecting the authenticity perception for industry heritage:the reality the industry architectures' remains,the reality of industry culture,the reality of industry remains,the tourists' satisfaction and the sense of reality for the tourist commodities.The 14 concrete sub-factors of the above factors can be used as the basis for evaluating the effects from the tourists' perception and the most important factors are the tourist participating,the connotation revealing for the heritage,the preference of tourist and the craftsmanship of the commodities.A set of tactics,which would maximize the perception for the authenticity of industry heritage,is put forward,so as to driving the development for industry tourism resource and protecting the industry heritage preferably in Shanghai.
