本文以对上海田子坊地区的实地调研为基础,初步探索产业活动变迁对地方文化形象和社会关系重塑的影响机制。论文认为,文化创意产业的进入不仅改善了田子坊的地方文化形象,也使当地原本简单的社会关系趋于复杂。资本的话语权愈加明显,而弱势群体的利益则常被忽视。但就区域经济社会的持续、和谐发展而言,文化创意产业促成了田子坊从一个传统的、地方性的、私密的、低收入群体为主的空间向一个时尚的、国际化的、开放的、高收入群体为主的空间的再生产,因而具有深远的价值;有效协调田子坊区域内各类社会群体间的利益关系,促进各类社会群体长期、和谐共处将是田子坊地区持久繁荣的重要保障。

This paper, based on the field work in Tianzifang area, intends to explore how the turning of industrial structure affects the local image and social relationships. The authors first outline some arguments about the production of cultural landscape and the exploring of meaning. Second, the authors review the historical process of the turning of industrial structure as well as the landscape and the local image in Tianzifang area. Then, they highlight the changes in social groups and social relationships during the whole process and try to analyze mutual effect between the development of creative industry and local social changes. The results show that the concentrating of creative industry has improved local image and at the same time makes the social relationships more complicated. The good artistic atmosphere which the artists built just brings the gathering of recreation industry, which forces artists to seek a new place to work and has nothing to do with the improvement of living condition of local residents. These bring a lot of social conflicts. During the turning process, the government and merchants have achieved their goals of appreciation of land value and making profits, but residents' and artists' benefits claims for promoting working and living condition have been ignored. It is obvious that capital has more rights while the need of the masses has been neglected. As for regional harmonious and continuous development, the creative industry has made Tianzifang area turn from a traditional, local, private and poor area to a fashionable, international, open and rich area, which may have great value. In order to improve the local image and make this area keep developing, coordinating the relation among different social groups in this area will be an important safeguard measure.
