摘要

现行的风景区空间日容量的计算方法往往大大高估了景区容量。本文以游客在景区中的移动行为为出发点,将景区旅游线路类比为旅游生产线,其中游客为工件、景点为工序。利用旅游生产线的平行移动特征,推导出在景区日开放时间内能够完成景区游玩的游客批数。然后,以景区线路中的瓶颈景点容量为批量,该批量与批数相乘即得到了景区容量。旅游生产线理论填补了景区容量计算理论支撑的空白,并使景区容量计算真正的科学化、合理化。

Abstract

The traditional capacity calculation model based on the turnover rate have some limitations, their assumptions of the major scenic spots capacity computing model are not suit for the actual operating conditions of the most scenic spots. Recently, Prof. Huang Yangshan have researched on the standards and norms in the travel space capacity algorithm, and made some important improvements. Although the "take the small" model he constructed can ensure that the number of visitors does not exceed the capacity limit of attractions, but it does not consider the effect of attractions distance, and the derivation process is very complicated. And, these capacity calculation methods of tourism space are often overestimate the factual quantity. Therefore an urgent need to explore a new method of calculating the scenic capacity based on the actual operation of the tourism, which can both meet the requirement that the visitors does not exceed attractions capacity and get full use of the tourism space. So, the tourism related production line are introduced from the actual operating conditions of the most scenic spots. Because only during peak hours the numbers of tourism may exceed the capacity constraints of scenic, we assume that the customers are permit go inside to the scenic in a batch once a time during the peak hours. Then based on the analyzing of the tourists' behavior in scenic area, we takes the scenic tourism routs as a production line, where the tourists are taken as the work pieces and the scenic spots are taken as the processes. Capacity constraints to consider is the main area of the peak period, with more visitors in the peak of a large number of tourists in the scenic area at the entrance waiting for, so we assume that the customer is at the same time to reach area. Then the movement of tourists on the tourism production line can be taken as the parallel moving of the work pieces. And comparing with the Huang Yangshan's model, although they have the similar structure, but if consider the distance of the scenic spots, the new model have more convincing than scholars Huang Yangshan's model. This new model of getting the carrying capacity is based on the tourism production line, which not only can avoid the overload of carrying capacity, and also can make the calculation of carrying capacity more scientific and reasonable.
