Abstract:In the recent years, commerce geography developed slowly as a branch of human geography in China. The new research on commerce suburbanization will help commerce geography develop quickly.In fact, commerce suburbanization is commercial establishment suburbanization. At first, the form is margin and scatter. After the urbanization has developed to the high level, the tendency of suburbanization would become evidence.There are four factors of impacting on the commercial distribution, such as population distribution, traffic circumstance, urban layout and commerce category and so on, the most are population distribution and commerce category. Usually, with development of economic, it has four stages, such as elementary development, celerity development, maturity development and suburbanization. After the four stages, the commercial distribution will have become from concentration to organic distraction. With the development of suburbanization on population and industry, commerce development has inevitable tendency of suburbanization. There is imbalance on commerce development in China, some metropolis have a good development and begin have some phenomenon of it. But now, the phenomenon is not obvious, and is behindhand of population and industry suburbanization. There are some factors, include development mechanism, hire ability, mixed categories and the fact of China, etc. This paper reviewed the search of commercial suburbanization in China, recognized that the most causes of it are purchasing power out to center, traffic amelioration and lower rent. And based on the effective factors on business-net layout, probing stage feature of development on it and analysis reasons on tardy development of commercial suburbanization in China.
