Abstract：This paper sets forth that the new century is a century that depends mainly on knowledge economy. It uses the viewpoint of knowledge economy to look closely at the new century. Facing such situation, geography uses the viewpoint of philosophy to think over carefully, to study painstakingly and to explore devotionally its new thinking of devolopment. Only in this way it will obtain a magnificent and great future.
