Abstract:Land among cities has different profits,Land price is influenced by many kinds of factors. According to the theory of land rent and price. This paper analyses the relations among land price level,land location and the level of economic development. It preliminarily inquires into the general distribution law of land price level among cities. All of based on the case of counties which belong to shijiazhuang.
Land price among cities is comprehensive reflection of economy,society and nature. They are positive interrelation among land price level,cities location and the level of economic development. Regional location has very important effect for urban land use. Similarly,the level of social economic development is the determinant of overall land price. Therefore,whether land price level corresponds to the level of economic development or not will be the standard of judging land price estimation.
From the above analysis,it reveals the general distribution law of land price level,and contributes inquiring into the theory of land price estimation among cities,and it also benefits the inspection of rational degree of estimated basic land price. At the same time,it has theoretical and practical significance for strengthening macroscopic management of land estate.
