In order to set up the sustainable development and macro-allocation system of the largest newly industrial groups, a complete, aesthetic and strategical pre-study of increasing trend, carrying capacity and connecting effects should be conducted with the cooperation of the researchers from multi-fields focusing on such important issues of tourism as machenism of sustainable development, function in national economy, the developing aim for 21st centurty, resource system, planning system, index system, macrodistribution, information system, software development, and the model establishment of the uniform for industry, education and research. The study will directly serve for the main battle of national economy, and the special role of geography in the development of tourism will also be shown through the establishment of a new system of tourism.
