Abstract

This article clarifies some basic understanding for the current problem existing in human geography, applying the philosophical idea to analyze the development tendency of subject and merger characteristics of human geography. It indicates that the research focus on human geography is region, whose center is city, pointing out the macroresearch field of human geography over city. From the angle of methodology, it finally discusses the value of pattern exploration to human geography in details; shows the proper calculation to human geography in order to strengthen the practical effect of human geography.
