Abstract

Adopting geographical methods, this article girds a detailed analysis and research on the agriculture geographical knowledge in The Book of Songs.It includes physical conditions and resources of agriculture, natural hazard, land use, thought of attaching importance to agriculture, phonology and farm activity, major grain crops and economic crops, developed animal-husbandry, etc.Making the past serve the present, the author draws three beneficial inspirations from the full explorations of the agriculture geographical knowledge in The Book of Songs.These inspirations can serve as reference for agriculture production and the study of agricultural geography.
