Abstract

The authors attempted to carry out a case study of Zhuhai tourism cluster. Based on the review of the studies of tourism clusters, in depth interviews were conducted to investigate the structures of tourism cluster in Zhuhai. A structure model of Zhuhai tourism cluster was built and evaluated. The study showed that a government-dominated Zhuhai tourism cluster had taken shape. However, the exchange of the information among different factors and innovation were not satisfactory. In conclusion, Zhuhai tourism cluster is still in it's initial stage and further development needs clear government policy guidance.
