Under the background of rural revitalization, the boundary evolution of tourism-oriented villages is an important variable affecting the coordination between governance effectiveness and industrial development. From the perspective of operational governance, this study takes Yuanjia Village, Shaanxi Province, as a case to explore the coordinated evolution mechanism of its geographical, institutional, and cultural boundaries. The research finds that driven by operational governance, the village has gone through three period: the closed period dominated by administration, the flexible expansion period oriented towards operation, and the networked reorganization period driven by brand. During this period, the geographical boundary completes spatial production and restoration through scale reconstruction, the institutional boundary constructs nested administrative and market logics, and the cultural boundary realizes symbolization and reinterpretation of local knowledge. These three boundaries form have formed a coordinated closed loop of "cultural empowerment-geographical expansion-institutional optimization", promoting the transformation of the village from administrative attributes to operational attributes. The research reveals the core role of operational governance in integrating market and public logic, providing theoretical insights and practical pathways for the governance optimization and industrial revitalization of tourism-oriented villages.
