Abstract：At first, the paper analyzed condition of tourism development of the china and the world. The author have more discovery of the question about the Three Gorges scenic region during its tourism development and its running. Most the of the scenic spots of the Three Gorges scenic district seek for the scale of scenic spot only, or persuade the beneficial result, or only develop the tourism of itself of the scenic spot. So the confront is happened between the scenic spots of the Three Gorges scenic region. For this reason, the Three Gorges scenic region losed many of tourists and benefit. From now on, we should discover a new way to develop the tourism and the locale financial condition. Secondly, the article researched relationship between the tourism of Zhongxian County and that of the Three Gorges. Which pointed out that the tourism of the Zhongxian county is belong to that of the three gorges. There are full of all kinds of tourism resources in the three gorges scenic district, which have mountain, water, river, gorge, forest and cave. And also, there are many humanities tourism resources. The celebrity of tourism of the Three Gorges is more intense than that of the Zhongxian county. so the development of tourism of zhongxian county must depend on the tourism development of the three gorges. On the other hand, Zhongxian county is located in the center of the three gorges scenic district. The Yangtze river runs 88 KM in the Zhongxian county. So the action of tourism of Zhongxian county is very important in the three gorges scenic region, there are close relationship between Zhongxian county traveling and the three gorges, it is also said in the article that we should develop the tourism of Zhongxian county and the Three Gorges co-operativly. At last, the paper provided that we should develop the tourism of Zhongxian county and the Three Gorges through the following ways. ①Sharing the tourism resources. ②Planning and building the basement of tourism together. ③constructing the brand figure together. ④Improving the quantity of the attendant. ⑤Establishing the sharing internet.
