Abstract：The world has come into an informative society,which changed our life greatly. This article analyses the influences that are imposed upon our human society by the information technology,especially the computer network. Then this article argues some new trends in the dynamic mechanism,spatial structure and new space phenomenon of urban and regional development. At the last,the article explores some possible ways to adapt to the new development stage.
