Abstract：With the quickly urbanization,flowing people are hoarding up in cities and taking shape of some flowing residentiaries with local feature,scholarism name them as heterogeneitive community. They have vary origination and development.There have much ecology relationship between the flowing people and local cit,between the heterogeneitive community and urban main society. The Composition take the case of Beijing city,and search into the heterogeneitive community's status quo,development and management measures. It will be good to harmonize this relationship,exert the social self-organization,and develop the whole urban community.
