摘要 众所周知,城市公交网点建设与人口再分布互动关联,且两者互动方式有章可寻。分析了常规公交、轨道交通与人口互动关系差异的原因,通过构建理论模型,分别阐述了常规公交、轨道交通与人口互动发展的不同方式,并搜集实际案例加以佐证,从理论上,实践上,深层次地揭示了两种公交与人口互动的差异性及基本规律,以期待为城市公交的建设和发展提供相关的理论依据。

Abstract:In big cities, population distribution and public traffic routes & stations have an effect on each other. They have inner relationship and develop with each other. The concordant layout of public traffic facilities will help to lead the inhabitants living in the inner city out, bring on population suburbanization and make population distribution more reasonable. Otherwise, the change of population distribution will also have great influence on the public traffic routes and nets. In addition, the relationship between population and public traffic is same as other human-natural relationship. It also contains harmoney. So study on this topic has very important meaning and academic proofs. Through building a concept model of the relationship between population and public traffic, the authors analyse two major relations: one is population with routine public traffic, the other is population with urban rail transit, and then distinguishes their different characteristics and laws. The authors also analyse the cause of the different relationship with population between routine public traffic and rail transit in practice. Two cases are used to prove this paper conclusions: one is the station distribution changes of routine public traffic influenced by migrating population in Shanghai from 1996 to 2006, the other is the number of population settling in new areas in Tokyo after rail transits have been constructed. Theoretically and practically, the distinction and regulation of the interaction between public traffic with population have been discussed deeply in order to provide evidence for urban public traffic construction and development in the future. The following conclusions could be made according to this research: urban routine public traffic has a character of following population; the construction and development of rail transit will help population suburbanize and lead urban dwellers move out of inner city; the changes of urban land use will make the effect of rail transit on population distribution; the effect of rail transit on population distribution exists in some scope, the rail transit in different palaces in urban will have different influence on population distribution, in core city zone, the setting of rail transit will lead people out and result in reducing the population density; in outskirt, the building of rail transit will cause to absorb people to move in and reduce the population density. The effect of rail transit on population distribution is caused by the changes of land uses surrounding rail routes, quite differently from routine public traffic. Around routine public traffic routes, land uses change first, then population move in, at last routine public traffic stations are built for inhabitants convenient moving. Finally, the authors hope this study will have practical meanings, help population transfer more reasonably and public traffic routines & stations build more effectively, and make the relationship between population and public traffic develop more harmoniously.
